This innovative family fitness program gives you an easy guide for a 40-50 minute family fitness program to run for 3 days of the week. Each session contains ways to chat and connect, warm-up, stretches, a new exercise to learn, and a work-out challenge. Layered through out is a Bible focus to talk about during stretching and cooling down. An innovation for families and households who need a workout routine to share. Repeat the sessions on more days of the week, for more active families. Each Season has 12 weeks of programming plus a week 13 Celebration to review what has been discovered together in this season together as a family.
